Invicta Recovery Center provides a continuum of care that ensures all clients and family members are provided the therapeutic modalities and support services to meet their needs. A comprehensive list of all the programs and services offered by Invicta Recovery Center is too robust to list here, but a few highlights of Invicta Recovery’s treatment offerings include the following programs:
Comprehensive Individual Planning
An individual plan is developed with each client early on in treatment. The client is a full participant in the process and goals and objectives are based on individual needs, strengths, abilities, and preferences. Goals are stated in the client’s own language, and the client has open access to the individual plan upon request.

Individual and Group Counseling:
Each client is assigned a primary therapist and case manager who are responsible for his or her coordination of care. Regular scheduled individual counseling sessions take place once to twice a week to assist client in both individual and program goals and objectives. In addition, counseling groups are held on a regular basis to utilize a therapeutic milieu that involves the client’s peers and/or family members.
Case Management:
Each client’s case manager is responsible for optimization of activities of daily living, assisting with program integration, assisting with accessing resources within the community, client advocacy, and social and relationship skills building.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is used to change negative thinking patterns to stop the addiction cycle. During CBT, our professionals work to break down the negative thinking cycle and help replace bad habits with new, healthy behaviors. Therapy can identify triggers, or events that occur in everyday life that send addicts scrambling for their substance of choice. Identifying these triggers and learning how to deal with them in a healthy manner is key to long-term sobriety. In short, controlling your thoughts and how they form is the key to controlling your life.
Mindfulness
An individual plan is developed with each client early on in treatment. The client is a full participant in the process and goals and objectives are based on individual needs, strengths, abilities, and preferences. Goals are stated in the client’s own language, and the cliInvicta Recovery Center strongly believes individual recovery success depends on deploying mindfulness in tandem with evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Discharge Planning and Criteria
Discharge planning occurs throughout all phases of the program beginning at admission. The person served has met discharge criteria when the goals of the individual treatment plan are achieved and referral to support services is completed, when appropriate.

Continuum of Care
Invicta Recovery Center’s commitment to long-term care includes ensuring that our clients and their families stay connected with us and receive support through whatever season of life might come next. We champion lifelong connections as the best way to sustain and further each person’s growth. Invicta Recovery Center’s outpatient program is purposefully and strategically structured to provide continuing care to those who have successfully completed a detox or residential, inpatient treatment program. Transitioning from full time recovery to a program compatible with life, work and family is challenging and takes commitment. Studies show that only 20% of people who transition from residential care without continuing care will remain sober after one year. Adding an effective outpatient program and continuum of care can increase the abstinence rate by 50%![1]
