Learn more about the people, values, and clinical approach behind Invicta Recovery Center. We provide personalized outpatient addiction and mental health treatment rooted in evidence-based care and community connection.

Our Mission

At Invicta Recovery Center, our mission is to make high-quality addiction and mental health treatment more accessible, personal, and supportive.

We believe effective care should fit into real life whenever clinically appropriate. Whether you are stepping down from a higher level of care or beginning treatment for the first time, we create a plan around your needs, responsibilities, and recovery goals.

Our approach is grounded in evidence-based clinical care, genuine human connection, and culturally responsive support. We work to create a treatment experience where you feel understood, respected, and supported as you move forward.

A Whole-Person Approach to Outpatient Recovery

Substance use can affect many parts of your life, including mental health, relationships, daily responsibilities, and long-term goals. At Invicta Recovery Center, we take a whole-person approach that looks beyond substance use alone.

Our licensed clinical team creates individualized treatment plans based on your needs, strengths, and circumstances. Care may include individual and group counseling, co-occurring mental health support, case management, relapse prevention, and other services that help you build greater stability.

We also recognize that recovery involves more than avoiding substances. It can mean rebuilding routines, strengthening relationships, developing healthier coping skills, and rediscovering purpose. Our goal is to provide practical, coordinated support that helps you move forward with greater confidence and stability.

Program Leadership

Arman Ter-Grigoryan

CEO & Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Invicta Recovery Center is led by Arman Ter-Grigoryan, CEO and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. His clinical background and experience in community mental health help shape the program’s individualized, evidence-based approach to care.

Arman grew up in Pasadena, attended local schools, and spent years working with community mental health organizations before founding Invicta. That connection to the community continues to influence how the program is designed, how care is delivered, and how accessible treatment can be for the people we serve.

His background in psychology and counseling informs Invicta’s focus on thoughtful clinical care, strong therapeutic relationships, and practical support. His goal is to help create a treatment environment where clients feel respected, understood, and supported as they work toward lasting change.

We Welcome Everyone Navigating Recovery

At Invicta Recovery Center, we work with adults seeking support for addiction, mental health concerns, or both. Our outpatient programs are designed to meet people at different stages of recovery while recognizing that each person brings different needs, responsibilities, and life experiences.

We support clients balancing work, school, family, and other daily commitments, as well as those transitioning from a higher level of care. Our team also provides culturally responsive support for Spanish- and Armenian-speaking clients and can address co-occurring concerns such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and bipolar disorder when clinically appropriate.

We believe treatment should feel respectful, accessible, and personal. Our goal is to create an environment where each client feels understood and supported throughout care.
