Arman Ter-Grigoryan, CEO, LMFT
Invicta Recovery Center is led by Arman Ter-Grigoryan, CEO and LMFT. He is the Chief architect behind the program’s dedication and commitment to the Pasadena/Altadena community. Arman attended California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and University of Phoenix where he earned his Bachelors and Master’s degrees in psychology and counseling. Arman is a product of the community and has spent most of his life in Pasadena. Arman attended elementary, middle, and high school in Pasadena and worked for many years with local schools and community mental health agencies. He is not just familiar with the latest therapeutic modalities and cutting-edge treatment models but is also keenly aware of how to implement those programs and services to the benefit of the community. Arman is committed to helping those members of his community that he lives among, interacts with daily, and ultimately making the community a better and healthier place to live, work, and play.


Jeanette Marks, Psy.D., LAADC
Dr. Marks is a registered psychological assistant. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology and Masters of Counseling in Counseling Psychology, from Athabasca University in Canada. She received a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University. Her doctoral research involved an exploration of the addictive process as a universal crisis of functioning. This approach supports interventions which directly target origins of addiction in the individual empowering clients in the fight against the addictive process beyond symptom reduction.Dr. Marks is a Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, registered with the California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals since 2016. Dr. Marks brings a wealth of experience as a counselor, advocate, and addiction specialist working with at-risk youth and adult clients using Evidence Based Treatments.
Benny Singh Rios, AMFT
Benny Singh Rios is from the San Gabriel Valley region who has been an advocate for mental health wellness and support since 2017. Benny began his internship program with the Los Angeles Department of Mental Health services, working closely with the transitional aged youth population. Benny is currently a Marriage, Family and Child Therapist trainee who is attending Pacific Oaks University in efforts to complete his master’s degree in counseling and to obtain his certificate as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Benny has also obtained his RAD-T certification and is currently facilitating group counseling sessions as well as assisting clients with case management support. Benny is an asset to the Invicta Recovery Center program and works diligently to help clients daily.


David “Topher” Haney, RAD-T
David “Topher” Haney began his recovery journey in November 2022 and joined Invicta Recovery Centers in October 2023 after receiving his RAD-T certification. Topher currently facilitates process groups and assists clients with case management. He is committed to helping those who suffer from drug and alcohol addiction. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing and sightseeing.
Lynette Singleton, CADCII
Lynette Singleton has been working in the substance abuse and mental health line of work for the past twenty-six years. Lynette’s immense compassion for those struggling with addiction is evident through her daily interactions with clients, co-workers, referents and families. She understands the importance of family of origin and family of choice in the recovery process and specializes in facilitating group, individual and family counselling. Ms. Lynette has experience working with the homeless, adolescent and forensic population and is a certified victim advocate for domestic violence. She has developed and implemented a women’s empowerment curriculum and spearheads connecting clients with women’s support groups/resources.
